horrible customer service

talked to the company and agreed a payment wouldn't be taken out for the week, they took it anyway ... caused numerous overdraft charges .... contacted them immediately and they said it would take over a week to refund the money because they had to make sure it went through, nevermind that they had $1700 of my money sitting in an account waiting to pay the monthly bills .... tried to explain to three different "managers" they all said they can't help me it takes however long it takes ... had them cancel my account and send all my $$ back to me and had the money back in two days ... yet they couldn't correct their mistake in less than a week ....
