I used Sales Advantage Group to buy my first home, a REO. I wouldn't recommend this group to anybody I know! The owner who was my agent, lacked customer service and never followed through. You would think he would have cared since he was double ending on this deal, but NO, that wasn't the case at all. I felt like I was my own agent.
When buying a house, go with someone who treats you with respect.
There is one person I spoke to in the office that showed like she cared and helped me and her name was Rosie. I would actually recommend her if she was with another company.
Stay away from this company!
