VERY UNHAPPY
I decided to try Sensa and it started working, then all of a sudden I started gaining weight. I let the lady talk me into keeping it for a little while longer. When I got ready to return it, I found the information, got my RMA number, packed it up and shipped it out. The lady at the post office asked me if it worked. I told her what happened. After that I didn't think anything else about the stuff. All of a sudden, SENSA keeps trying to take money out of my account. I asked them what was going on. They said they never received it and my RMA number expired. I am not going to pay for something that I don't have and paid to return. I didn't put tracking on it because I didn't think it was necessary. So obviously something happened between point A and point B because the stuff is not at my house. How do I get this to stop??? I don't want this to end up on my credit report. It's already bad enough! Therefore, I've very unhappy. :-(

Hi Jennifer. We are sorry you didn't see the results you were looking for with SENSA. Our warehouse may not have received your package, which is why you were billed. Please call customer service at 866-514-2554 and explain that you did in fact mail it back. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
