Cheap but doesn't take care of their customers well if there was an issue

I am compelled to write this review because after being a repeat customer I got no help when I did have a problem. I had a delay of 2 hours after I landed at the airport. While I looked at the next shuttle group over they had 3 vans going to my area pass on by! This happened twice now by the way. The shuttle attendant told me to call in to customer service to see if they can give a discount on a voucher. I called and was on hold for 30mins and only to get rudely replied we can't help you it isn't in our policies. Thanks for wasting an extra 30mins of my time Primetime/Shuttle2Lax!
Use this to save money going to the airport port but on your returns it will be a hit and miss you get what you pay for!
On to the next shuttle company for me.
