NOT RELAIABLE

I book a trip to LAX 4 days ago. When I signed, the confirmation indicated that I will be picked up at 8 PM and dropped at LAX at 9:15 PM. MY flight time was 10:20 Pm.
I got a email few hrs before the pick up time stating that I will be picked up early at 7:45 PM
then an other stating will be picked up at 8:45
then an other stating will be picked up at 8:52.
I called to check when I will reach LAX- they told me because it was a shared ride, I will reach around 10:03 PM!!! AND My flight is at 10:20 PM!!!
I told them I will miss my flight , if they can pick me up at an earlier time! The customer representative was extremely RUDE and told me to upgrade to premium and pay $90 or cancel and pay a cancellation fee of $5. She did not care that due to their bad organization at their end, I will going to miss my flight!!!
Last min, I was extremely stressed - I had no other way but to cancel and find an alternate ride to LAX.
IF they want customers, they better work on plan well and have better trained customer reps.
I am not planning to take shuttle2LAX anymore (very unreliable and stressful to work with and untrained staff) and will also discourage my family and friends and anyone I know from using them as well.
