I received a call,yesterday, from them about what type of printer we used. I told them. The representative told me how superior their laser jet cartridges were, confirmed our mailing address and said that they would mail us a cartridge with no obligation. I told them not to send anything before I checked on their company with the BBB. The representative said that someone would call back later that afternoon to see if I wanted to try their product.
Later that afternoon, I recieved a call from someone in their shipping department to check on our mailing address. I told the person not to mail anything to our address because we were not interested in their product and did not order anything.
I am writing this just in case they do ship something.
The date today is November 1, 2007.
