This company was recommended to me from a family member. They did a good job on the fence. The salesman came out and gave an estimate that I thought was fair. The salesman was very unfriendly, was rushing and seemed to get annoyed with my questions. I should have went with someone else at that point, but decided to go ahead since I liked the job they did for a family member. The fence construction was supposed to start at the beginning of the month, but was kicked back 2 weeks. It was supposed to be finished in 3 days, but it was finished in 9. They said they ran out of wood the first time they stopped. Second time they stopped because they didn't have a gate part in stock. They are poor at managing their jobs, and making sure beforehand that everything is stocked. The office staff is rude. I did get a nice quality fence. So I give them 3 stars for a great fence. The staff needs a makeover.
