Company did not arrive at LAX for return trip. Left me on hold when inquiring on status of shuttle. Phone remained busy for the rest of the evening after attempting to contact shuttle service again (2100 to 2330). Would never use service again. Taxi driver arrived on time for initial pick up who stated "I was called the night before to pick you up, they were busy and I helped them out. I am not qualified to pick up at LAX". Simply stating use another service to return home would have been easier on us than to be left at the airport in the rain.
