The Worst in Customer service
I called to discuss a GPS system for a fleet of vehicles and the salesman ( Steve Patane) who was very pleasant in the beginning, He explained the system and it sounded like a good fit. He sent the contract over (one Page) as I was reading it states that if you sign the page and send it back you are bound by the terms and conditions of the contract. I requested the T&C contract, Upon reading it you see that the entire contract is in Teletrac's favor and the customers have to pay for everything from faulty equipment to shipping of faulty equipment to service for non working Eq and they still charge you monthly even if Eq. is not working. I talked to the salesman about the contract and he stated that we can modify the contract which is two pages of legal verbage. We stated that we do not want to go back and forth with an attorney trying to get a contract that works for both parties. He started to get testy in his emails. After a few emails back & forth he became irate and accused me of wasting his time. The end of the chain of e-mails he states that he would not want us a s customer and will call in a few months to check with the owners who would not even give this company the time of day after his attitude. The worst Company I have ever had to deal with in customer service
