We hired Troy Lair and signed a contract on 8/09/2010 for him to come out and consult on our DME start up. We wired him the $4500.00 fee to get him to come to town. The day just before he was suppose to show I called him since we haven't heard from him and couldn't get a return call but later that day received an email that he was in Kentucky because his mom was in the hospital and needed surgery. He never called us once since receiving the money. He then rescheduled over email once again and was suppose to meet again today 10 am. All the owners again changed our schedules. He never showed or called. This guy is a scammer. He talks a good game until he gets your money then no more phone calls. I have since read on line that he is a scam artist. I agree!! Daniel Jimenez
