I seriously recommend that ANYONE looking for an apartment find out who the management company is, and If it happens to be managed by 'TRI DELTA' then run, and never look back! This company is rude and condescending to their staff, which trickles down to the tenants. If You want to file a complaint or need to get work done, You may as well shoot yourself in the foot because that's about the only thing that will help...At least to take your mind off the fact that You need work done, and You will stop thinking about it and focus on your bodily pain instead. If You are smart, You will threaten legal action, and look up your legal rights as a tenant, which scares the management company to send some outside contractor to complete the necessary repairs. 75% of the time the outside contractors will be the cheapest most incompetent people You will ever meet. You might as well do the repairs yourself, or move out. Also, beware of the EVIL "Nadene"!!! Pure evil in every capacity You can imagine. She is heartless and will yell At You like You were her hated stepchild. Tri delta is an extremely CHEAP management company. Good luck getting any quality repairs done.
