I have been very dissatisfied with US Search. I thought I was paying for one single search for a 1.95 and then found out I had signed up for a monthly subscription after 3 months. I did not receive any clear communication regarding the subscription from their billing department. Any legitimate business billing on a monthly basis at least has the courtesy of sending our monthly bills via snail mail or email. This is part of the basic customer relations management. When I called them to cancel the subscription/membership they gave me this rant about a 7 day trial message mentioned on their site. I have not used their product even a single time while I was supposedly their "member" and do not intend it use it ever. Even their first report that I had paid for did not provide me what I needed. I think it is a good product if used correctly but their customer relationship management needs work. If they see this message I hope they can reach out to me and give me my refunds if not for the sake of legality but for the sake of customer service and the principal that the customer is always right.
