I purchased three background checks from US Search Inc by means of
their online website. All three background checks were on people with
known criminal backgrounds.
The first was sketchy but sufficient for my needs.
The second came back with a clean record which was a false report.
The third came back with a clean record which was a false report.
I asked for my money back and was asked to provide proof of the crimnal
backgrounds. That is what I paid them for!
I asked for a refund and was denied. They do not do a good job especially considering most criminal backgrounds are available as public record.
My searches were done in June 2011.
