Very unethical, and difficult company to deal with. I made two orders for a $19.99 advanced background check, and when I tried to make the third, at the same price, they arbitrarily locked me out and told me I had to call their sales department which was going to try to upsell me. I told them that I just wanted t complete the order, and they unlock my account and tell me just to go back in. by that point, the price had doubled. When I called again, they told me just to try again later. This is ridiculous - they offered a price which they had no intention of delivering upon.
