This is a review of US Search which is a company that does background checks online. The background check was fine, but they are DECEPTIVE about what you are about to be charged on your credit card. I was led to believe I was paying $18.75 for a background check, and apparently I was also automatically charged $19.95 to be a member. Well, I cancelled my membership immediately. UNDOUBTEDLY, they make money off of people by continuing to charge them month after month. The membership fee WAS NOT MADE CLEAR as I was attempting to conduct a serious background check for business reasons.
How IRONIC and MORALLY BEREFT that a company is making money by supposedly helping others identify CRIMINALS, and they earn money in such a shady way.
Shame on them. They need to grow up and get right with how decent human beings should treat each other. Karma's gonna get them one day.
DO NOT USE US SEARCH. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.
