Just recently I received a disturbing call from this company. For one lets begin by saying, since when does a company badger you for not being able to pay your debt? This is exactly what happened. An employee by the name of Oscar called me with a very "Ghetto" phone connection, and asked for me like I was his friend. Horrible! He tried to make me feel so bad about not being able to pay a friggin $500 debt. Also asked me "aren't you still at your company xyz?" as if he was a cop. How unnecessary was that! The purpose of them calling is trying to collect a debt, not to ask your life story. Bastard! Then I called back to speak with his supervisor of whom was a little better. It's very unfortunate that these collection agencies have access to all your personal information. My experience with this collection agency was that of uncomfort, judgement, lack of experience, and informal. I hope in the long run, they realize the impact that their workers can have on someones personal life, as if a debt isn't already a serious matter!
