This is an update to my first review of this company...PLEASE READ, so you will know what has gone on from the beginning !!!
THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!! I have been dealing with this company since May 11th, and it has been a total NIGHTMARE from the beginning.
First of all, communication with this company is TERRIBLE!!!
After I received the damaged table on May 26th, I have been trying to contact them, to see how they were going to correct this situation.
I received 1 email from them, when I first contacted them about the damaged item, and they told me that they would have someone come to my residence..repack and ship it, and then my card would be reimbursed.
I hadn't heard from them for awhile, so I sent them an email, and they told me that they would get back to me as soon as they could...because they were busy, because they were in the process of moving. That was a few days ago, and still nothing. I don't care whether they are moving or not, to me that's just a handy excuse. With all that has happened with this order,and then to finally receive the item and it be majorly damaged...they should be taking the time to correct it.
I have kept Amazon up to date (since they are 3rd party sellers of theirs), and they have filed a complaint / claim in my behalf. They have been great thru all of this, and I in no way fault them with whats been going on.
Amazon said that they guarenteed me, that the matter would be taken care of by the 10th, BUT that's all I know at this point.
BOTTOM LINE IS....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!
