If your looking for a job/career stay away from this company, very disorganized, extremely impersonal, poor HR department and didn't even bother to show up for the interview (complete waste of time). Then wanted me to rate them on how the interview went. What a bunch of dolts! Looks like the left hand does not even know what the right hand is doing. I would tell anyone to stay clear of Westlake Financial and look for a company who has their act together, for surely this is not the place!!!!
