I cancelled my e-fax account on August 17, 2011. As of today, September 30, 2011, I have not received my refund. I have called multiple times and been told that it's processing. I would highly advise someone looking for an efax service to look elsewhere. Research this company. They own many efax services under many different names but it's the same poor service.
